Certified Humane®, managed by Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC) based in Virginia, USA, is an internationally recognized certification program promoting the humane treatment of farm animals. The program audits farms and facilities against strict welfare standards, including access to space, proper diet, natural lighting, and enriched environments.
